Billing
Your subscription lives in the app. Open Account and tap Manage billing to change the card or cancel; it ends at the end of the period, no questions asked. Charged for something you didn’t mean to keep? Email me and I’ll refund it.
A workout that was off
Ran long, a movement that didn’t fit the bells, the timer did something odd: tell me which workout and what phone. That’s the most useful email I get.
